A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Paul Ingenito has over twenty years experience preparing gourmet meals for parties of four to four thousand.

From 1992 to 2002 he was Executive Chef at the prestigious O Street Mansion in Washington, DC where he served presidents, ambassadors, congressmen and visiting dignitaries.

Chef Paul's skills have been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Washington Times and the Long Island Journal.

The New York Times described preparations for the 1989, $1,500 per plate Inaugural Ball for George Bush as including "5,400 pieces of china, 18,000 pieces of silverware and 6,300 pieces of glassware."
